Pat Carter, left-wing country crooning, folk picking,
subversion preaching singer songwriter
and driving force of international
Berlin-based Americana band
Rodeo FM
has released his solo debut album Love in the time of Capitalism

Rooted in Carter’s signature mix of Indie Americana grit and leftist critique, the album explores themes such as emotional alienation, the epidemic of disconnection, and how mental health is framed in a system that often pathologizes natural responses to systemic stress. Love in the Time of Capitalism is both protest and solace. It is melancholic and danceable at the same time.
